Computer Optics specializes in offering the front end or "eyes" to machine vision. We offer an array of products for rapid prototyping as well as critical system improvements. Computer Optics Inc. maintains a generic lens library known as the COX/COI lens design library. By adapting one of our designs to your application, we can provide a lens that is unique to your system.

The COI designed precision machine vision lenses do more than maximize object to image signal transfer. Our sophisticated optical design combined with an experience in solving different viewing geometries allows us to not only maximize the image content thereby improving resolution but generally at lower light levels and greater depth of field. The electronics signal derived from this cleaner, high resolution image, allows for faster data processing and very low dropout rates thereby improving machine vision system algorithm operations.
